US Steel Ratifies New USW Collective Bargaining Agreements

US Steel said new successor four-year collective bargaining agreements by the United Steelworkers have been ratified.

• Agreements cover around 11,000 workers at domestic flat-rolled facilities, iron ore mining facilities and applicable tubular operations
• Overfunded OPEB plans leveraged to support benefits provided to employees and modified to cover additional benefits
• Retroactive to September 1, 2022 and continuing through September 1, 2026

• United States Steel Corp. rose 3.4% to $25.52 as of 2:20 p.m. New York time
  • The average 12-month price target of $24.33 is 4.7% below the current price
  • 5 holds, 4 buys, 2 sells
